1. Double check that you are not using multiple accounts or cheating the faucet in any other way. Please be aware that changing your IP address does not change your body, you are still the same person.
2. If you don't, then contact me by email to resolve the issue. Be prepared that I may need to ask you a few questions about your account.

This is affecting less than 0.01% of people using Yescoiner. Still, apologies for the inconvenience if you are an honest person and it affected you.

If you see in the "Recent claims", that no one is able to claim from the faucet, then there is nothing wrong with your account. It happens sometimes that the faucet run out of money and I have to refill it.

The message displayed was confusing so I have just updated it. Now if the faucet run out of Bitcoin, instead of "Something went wrong..." it will display a message that... the faucet run out of Bitcoin. Hopefully this will make the situation less stressful next time it happens.
